These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zanzi, our voice AI concierge, and the associated website and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Health News Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Zanzi is produced in partnership with Lolli Brands Entertainment and Biohack Yourself Media, and its voice AI is powered by Chronvita. Please read these Terms carefully.
By accessing or using the Service, speaking with Zanzi, or otherwise interacting with the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended solely for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Zanzi is a free voice AI concierge offered in connection with the "Bye Ol' Dentistry" documentary and the biological-dentistry network. Zanzi answers questions, provides general educational information, and can help match you to, and connect you with, a vetted biological dentist based on the location and preferences you share. The Service is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes.

Information from Zanzi is general and informational only, is not a substitute for professional care, and no doctor-patient or professional relationship is formed by using the Service. When Zanzi matches or connects you with a dentist or provider, that referral is a convenience only. It is not an endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or guarantee of any provider's qualifications, services, availability, or outcomes. Dentists and providers are independent third parties. You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any provider and for any arrangement you enter into with them.
Zanzi is an artificial intelligence voice assistant, and we disclose this in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and California's AB 3030 AI-disclosure requirements. By using the Service and providing your contact details, you consent to be contacted by us, and by dentists you ask to be connected with, by phone call, text message, and email, including through automated systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, and AI-generated communications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, use email unsubscribe links, or email legal@hnn.media).

The Service, including the Zanzi name and voice persona, text, graphics, logos, audio, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to Health News Network LLC and its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The Service may contain links to, or connect you with, third-party websites, dentists, and providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTH NEWS NETWORK LLC, ITS PARTNERS (INCLUDING LOLLI BRANDS ENTERTAINMENT AND BIOHACK YOURSELF MEDIA), CHRONVITA, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY REFERRAL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Health News Network LLC, its partners, Chronvita, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
