This Privacy Policy explains how Health News Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you interact with Zanzi, our voice AI concierge, and the associated website and services (collectively, the "Service"). Zanzi is produced in partnership with Lolli Brands Entertainment and Biohack Yourself Media, and its voice AI is powered by Chronvita.
Zanzi is for education and entertainment only. Zanzi does not provide medical, dental, or professional advice, and no interaction with Zanzi creates a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a licensed dentist or physician about your health.
The Service is owned and operated by Health News Network LLC, 244 5th Avenue, Suite 2025, New York, NY 10001. For any privacy question or request, contact us at legal@hnn.media. Zanzi is offered in connection with the "Bye Ol' Dentistry" documentary and the broader biological-dentistry network.
The Service is intended solely for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact legal@hnn.media and we will delete it.
Zanzi is an artificial intelligence voice assistant. In accordance with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and California's Bolstering Online Transparency / AB 3030 AI-disclosure requirements, we disclose that you are interacting with an AI. By using the Service and by providing your phone number, email, or other contact details, you consent to be contacted by Health News Network LLC and by dentists you ask to be connected with, by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, including through automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice, and AI-generated communications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, following unsubscribe instructions in emails, or contacting legal@hnn.media.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

Voice recordings and transcripts are typically retained for a limited period to operate and improve the Service and are then deleted or de-identified, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by a request you have made. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 9).
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
